Andrea Devlin, Senior Virtual Training Consultant

Background: Bachelor of Arts in communication and history, University of Michigan. Began as a Sales Representative at Gale, then moved to the Customer Education team in 2005.

 

Ken Estell, Senior E-learning Consultant

Background: Bachelor of Arts, University of Michigan; Master of Arts and Master of Education degrees, Wayne State University. Ten years of web development background at Gale, and currently works as an instructional designer.

 

Stacey Knibloe, Senior Customer Education Specialist

Background: Bachelor of Science, Business Education, Buffalo State College; Master of Library Science, University of Buffalo; has been a member of the Customer Education team since 1999.

 

Emily Mageski, Customer Education Specialist

Background: Bachelor of Science, Central Michigan University; Master of Library and Information Science, Dominican University. Served libraries as a Customer Care Consultant and trained internal Gale stakeholders as a Research Product Support Specialist before joining the Customer Education team.
