    Professor Shawn Orr, Adrian College

    Shawn Orr has worked in higher education for over 20 years as a Business and General Education professor, Business Department Chairperson, academic advisor, Dean of Faculty, and Director of College Success courses. She has developed and taught more than 20 different courses in the business, management, composition, humanities and communication areas. Orr was the 2011 North Central Educators Association Educator of the Year and has been actively involved in working with accreditation, assessment, active learning strategies, technology and curriculum design and redesign in higher education.  She is currently an adjunct professor at Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan and a full-time professional educator with Cengage Learning’s Peer-to-Peer Faculty Development and Consulting team.

    Dr. Keith Hampson

    Dr. Keith Hampson is the Founder of digital / edu / strategy, a research and consulting firm that helps colleges, universities and businesses craft and execute strategy that improves the quality of their online education. Originally university faculty, Keith later served as Director, Digital Education Strategies at Ryerson University where he and his team grew enrolment by 500% and won six national awards for excellence in digital higher education. As a consultant, Dr. Hampson has assisted universities, ed-tech start-ups, and government initiatives across North America. Previous engagements include Cengage Learning, the Council of Ontario Universities, Northeastern University, Contact North, Flat World Knowledge, Capella University, Bertelsmann AG, McGraw-Hill Education, Nelson Education, and the University of Toronto.

    Steve Joos, Product Director, 4LTR Press

    Steve Joos has worked on the 4LTR Press product line for over 6 years, initially as a Brand Manager, and currently as the Product Director. While earning his Masters in English Literature, he became interested in the use of technology in the construction of knowledge and impact on human development, which naturally connected to developing the content strategy for the explosion of mobile devices in higher education. As a result, he’s the product owner for the first responsive (fully mobile) product offering from a major higher education content provider in business and computing disciplines. 4LTR Press has grown over 300% since he joined the team.
