By combining checkout data with community household data, it’s easy to learn how your community is really using your resources.
Whether you’d like to analyze by genre or household type, reports help you understand not only what is being checked out but by whom, when, how often, and more.
You may already get reports from vendors on eBook and audiobook usage. This app blends your data with the different Mosaic lifestyle clusters. The breakouts provide insight into what genres your high-use patrons are borrowing the most.

Patrons are classified into three categories based on which branches they use: only their home branch with the shortest drive time from the patron’s residence, their home branch and at least one non-home branch, or one or more non-home branches. The analysis begins with an overall map of all branch library locations, home branch patrons, and multi-branch patrons. The analysis then matches patron records to the Experian Mosaic lifestyle characteristics. Reports can also be broken down to the branch level with a set of maps and Mosaic segmentation reports for each branch.
